Ruralco Property a wholly owned subsidiary of the ASX listed public company Ruralco Limited a leading Australian agribusiness, has significantly expanded its real estate activities in Echuca.
A recent move to a larger new Echuca branch office at 61 O’Gilvie Avenue and the presence of two fully experienced local people as Licensed Real Estate Agents will see the Ruralco Property services in the local community increase significantly.
The Ruralco Property Echuca office is headed by Andrew Miller and Cate Jorgensen.
Both are licenced real estate agents in Victoria and New South Wales with long involvements in the local community and in the execution of residential, lifestyle and rural property holding transactions of all sizes and price ranges.
Andrew for instance originally farmed locally and has previously been a director and owner of another agency before moving across recently to Ruralco Property.
He says “I saw the benefits of joining a major national real estate chain where the company statement of ‘Local strength, national service’ applies as this means there is a substantial volume of referral business”.
Andrew is also active in the local water trading market which has grown in volume as farmers seek out additional seasonal or permanent water allocations.
“I continue to receive considerable enquiry from out of town buyers who view Echuca-Moama and the local Murray districts as a key opportunity to relocate from Melbourne or interstate in particular.
“Our region’s growth, good services and community assets plus the opportunities for recreation and overall lifestyle enjoyment rate highly amongst the enquiries we receive from buyers wanting to move here”.
Andrew recently received a Gold Sales Award recognising him as one of Ruralco Property’s top agents nationally.
Cate Jorgensen has been a long term local resident and accrued some twenty four years of experience in residential and rural lifestyle transactions.
Cate is highly regarded for her people skills and one of her specialties is the management of property investments held by local and absentee investors for their rental return and capital appreciation.
